International BRP extract

An (international) extract from the BRP (previously GBA) is proof of your registration in the municipality’s Personal Records Database. You can use this extract for official agencies outside of the Netherlands.

What does the extract contain?

  • your surname
  • your given name(s)
  • your date and place of birth
  • your home address
  • your country of birth
  • your nationality
  • your marital status
  • details about your parents

    Two multiple-language versions

    This extract is available in 2 multiple-language versions:

    • Version A: Dutch, French, German and English
    • Version B: Dutch, Spanish, Italian and Turkish
