Object to a decision
Do you disagree with a decision taken by the municipality? Then you can submit a letter of objection within 6 weeks.

against a one-time fee, assessment for municipal taxes or the property value (WOZ) - Contest a decision on Social Affairs (in Dutch)
against decisions on (welfare) benefits, applications for Wmo support and the Ooievaarspas - Objection procedure for other matters
against decisions on an Open Government Act (Woo) request, nuisance penalty, fine for improper waste disposal, subsidies, towed vehicles, building permits, tree cutting permits, urgency declarations, municipal announcements, registration in the Personal Records Database (BRP) and travel documents, etc.
Reactions to publication in Gemeenteblad
The municipality announces permit applications and (draft) decisions in the Gemeenteblad. There you can also see how to submit an objection or file an appeal (in beroep gaan) at the municipality. Read more under Reageren op publicatie Overheid.nl (in Dutch). After an announcement is published, you can view it and all the relevant documents for up to 1 year at The Hague Information Centre.
