Apply for disabled resident's parking permit

With a disabled resident's parking permit you can park your car in all paid parking spaces in The Hague without paying.


  • You are registered in The Hague.
  • You have a valid European disabled person's parking card for drivers.
  • You have a car in your name. The parking permit will be issued to the number plate of this car.

Needed for your application

  • The number plate of your car.
  • If you drive a leased car: a lease contract in your name.
  • If you drive a company car: a declaration by your employer.
  • If you drive a car with a foreign number plate: a copy of the proof of ownership for your car.


    Print the form, complete it and send it to the address stated at the bottom of the form.

    You can use this form to apply for other parking facilities. Such as the European disabled person's parking card for drivers or an individual parking space.


    You pay € 15.05 for your application. You also pay the fees for the parking permit each year. The fees in 2002 are:

    Number of cars Annual fee (2022)
    1st car at 1 address € 66.60
    2nd car at 1 address € 294.90
    3rd and additional car at 1 address € 589.75

    Paying for the parking permit

    You will pay for the permit with direct debit. The permit period is from 1 December to 30 November. The permit will automatically be extended each year (after payment is received). Have the fees changed? Then you will pay the new rate as of 1 December.
