    • A completed application form for an exemption from low-emission zone restrictions for mopeds and motorised bikes with an initial registration date before 1 January 2011. After you submit your application, The Hague’s Public Health Department (GGD) will invite you for a medical assessment.

If the GGD determines that you are able to use another mode of transportation or that you can travel on public transportation, you will not get a medical exemption. The GGD will advise the municipality on your case. The municipality will then decide whether to grant you the exemption.
