Registration procedures for international students

International students who will be staying in The Hague for longer than 4 months are required to be registered in the Personal Records Database (BRP). They will then get a citizen service number (BSN).

Students from all universities (wo) and universities of applied sciences (hbo) can make an appointment if they are living in The Hague. Make an appointment to register if you do not have a BSN:

Do you already have a BSN? Then you can register again in the BRP.
