International BRP extract

An (international) extract from the BRP is proof of your registration in the municipality’s Personal Records Database. You can use this extract for official agencies outside of the Netherlands.

What does the extract contain?

  • your surname
  • your given name(s)
  • your date and place of birth
  • your home address
  • your country of birth
  • your citizenship (nationality)
  • your marital status
  • details about your parents

    Two multiple-language versions

    This extract is available in 2 multiple-language versions:

    • Version A: Dutch, French, German and English
    • Version B: Dutch, Spanish, Italian and Turkish

    You are registered at an address in The Hague.

    Apply for the extract online (in Dutch). Log in with DigiD. Once you are logged in, click on ‘Volgende’. You can then choose which extract you need.

    Fees

    € 16.65 (rate in 2023). You pay this amount through iDEAL when you apply online.

    How long does it take?

    The municipality will send you the extract within 3 working days. This can take longer depending on the mail service to your home address.
