BRP extract plus previous addresses

This extract provides an overview of your previous addresses as they are known in the municipality’s Personal Records Database (BRP). You can use this document, for example, for housing corporations.

What does the extract contain?

  • your surname
  • your given name(s)
  • your date and place of birth
  • your home address
  • your previous home addresses (up to and including the address at which you lived on 1 October 1994)

This extract is available only in Dutch.

Conditions

You are registered at an address in The Hague.

Apply

Apply for the extract online (in Dutch). Log in with DigiD. Once you are logged in, click on ‘Volgende’. You can then choose which extract you need.

Fees

€ 16.65 (rate in 2023). You pay this amount through iDEAL when you apply online.

How long does it take?

The municipality will send you the extract within 3 working days. This can take longer depending on the mail service to your home address. Do you need the extract right away? Visit City Hall or the Leyweg City Office. For the hours of operation go to City district offices: opening hours and locations. You do not need to make an appointment. You need to bring a valid form of identification with you.

Good to know

Do you need the extract for your family? And are all family members registered at the same address? Then you only have to apply for 1 extract.
