Consultation hours for EU migrant workers

Are you a migrant worker from the European Union (EU) and do you live in The Hague? And do you have questions about living, work and income, care, taxes or language lessons? Ask for help during the consultation hours of IDHEM-Xtra or the LOKAAL information point.

IDHEM-Xtra will help you in your own language. You need to make an appointment for this. You can visit the LOKAAL information point without an appointment.

Consulation hours of IDHEM-Xtra

Do you have questions on, for example, living, work and income, taxes or language lessons? Make an appointment with the volunteers at IDHEM Xtra. They will assist you in Polish, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian, English or Dutch.

You can make an appointment for a telephone consultation. Or for a personal conversation.

• Bulgarian: Monday from 19.00 to 21.00 hrs.
• Polish: Friday from 10.00 to 16.00 hrs.
• Ukrainian: Tuesday from 19.00 to 21.00 hrs.
• Hungarian: Thursday from 19.00 to 21.00 hrs.
• Russian: Tuesday from 19:00 to 21.00 hrs.
• Romanian: Friday from 19.00 to 21.00 hrs.

Do you have questions about money, work and income, care and health? Visit the LOKAAL information point. You can stop by without an appointment.

The LOKAAL information point helps European migrant workers who are living in The Hague. Different organisations work together in the information point.

Opening hours

• Monday to Thursday from 9.00 to 17.00 hrs.
• Friday from 9.00 to 13.00 hrs.
• other times are available by appointment
