BRP extract plus nationality

An extract with nationality states which nationality and citizenships you have in the municipality’s Personal Records Database (BRP). You could need this extract, for example, for legal proceedings.

  • your surname
  • your given name(s)
  • your date and place of birth
  • your home address
  • your nationality and citizenships

Apply for the BRP extract plus nationality with your DigiD.

  • Log in into MijnDenHaag.
  • Click on ‘Volgende’.
  • You can then choose the extract you need.

€ 17.35 when you pick up the extract at the municipal counter. You pay € 18.44 including postage costs directly with iDEAL when you apply online. These are the rates for 2024.

Are you picking up a multi-language attestation de vita at City Hall Spui? Then you can pay in cash or use a bank card. You can only use a bank card at the Leyweg City Office. Unfortunately it is not possible to pay with a credit card.

The municipality will send you the extract within 3 working days. This can take longer depending on the postal service to your home address. Do you need the extract right away?
