BRP extract plus date of registration
An extract with the date of registration provides supplementary information about your registration in the municipality’s Personal Records Database (BRP).
What does the extract contain?
- your surname
- your given name(s)
- your date and place of birth
- your home address
- the date you took up residence in the Municipality of The Hague
- the date you began living at your current address
- the date you began living in the Netherlands
This extract is available only in Dutch.
Conditions
You are registered at an address in The Hague.
Apply
Apply for the extract online (in Dutch). Log in with DigiD. Once you are logged in, click on ‘Volgende’. You can then choose which extract you need.

Fees
€ 16.65 (rate in 2023). You pay this amount through iDEAL when you apply online.
How long does it take?
The municipality will send you the extract within 3 working days. This can take longer depending on the mail service to your home address.
