BRP extract plus date of registration

An extract with the date of registration provides supplementary information about your registration in the municipality’s Personal Records Database (BRP).

What does the extract contain?

  • your surname
  • your given name(s)
  • your date and place of birth
  • your home address
  • the date you took up residence in the Municipality of The Hague
  • the date you began living at your current address
  • the date you began living in the Netherlands

This extract is available only in Dutch.
