Disabled parking card lost or stolen
If your disabled resident’s parking card has been lost or stolen, you can apply for a replacement card.
There is a one-time fee for a replacement card:
- European Disabled Person’s Parking Card: € 42.15
Required documents
- a Begin link: valid form of identification, end link. (a driving licence for drivers)
- a passport photo
- in the case of theft: a copy of the police report
Applying for a replacement card
You can apply for a replacement card by sending an email with your request to: Begin link: gehandicaptenfaciliteiten@denhaag.nl, end link. .
In your email, please state that you are requesting a replacement card for the disabled resident’s parking pass and include your:
- name
- address
- telephone number
- citizen service number (BSN)
The municipality will contact you within 3 working days.
Prevent theft of disabled parking card
You can keep your parking card in a so-called card safe box. The card safe box is a brightly coloured steel holder with a transparent window. You can mount it on the steering wheel.
