Change your details as a Dutch voter abroad

Are you registered as a Dutch voter abroad? And would you like to change your details? Report the change to one of the so-called RNI municipalities or using the amendment form for Dutch voters abroad.

Please note: 21 March was the official deadline to make changes which could still be processed in the European Parliament elections on 23 May 2019.

Change in registration in the Register Niet Ingezetenen (RNI)

Are you registered as a non-resident in the RNI (www.rvig.nl/brp/rni) and would you like to report a change of address? Report your change of address to 1 of the RNI municipalities. It makes no difference which of the 19 municipalities you report this change. Your address will then be automatically changed in the register of Dutch voters abroad.

Only change details in the register of Dutch voters abroad

Are you not registered in the RNI or are you unsure about this? Or would you like to report a change specifically meant for the register of Dutch voters abroad? Such as the choice of in which election you would like to vote, or whether you would like to receive your ballot by post or email or a new email address? Complete the form below.
