Apply for subsidy for activities in your city district
Are you organising an activity in your street, district or neighbourhood? One which helps residents get to know each other better or work together? Then you can apply for a subsidy.
How it works
- Residents of The Hague can apply for up to € 750 per activity.
- Legal entities (foundations, associations and businesses) can apply for up to € 5,000, depending on the location of the activity:
- street: up to € 750
- district: up to € 1,500
- neighbourhood: up to € 5,000

What you need to apply
- A description of your activity.
- A budget (overview of the costs).
- A copy or scan of your latest bank statement.
- Your name and account number must be visible.
- You are allowed to hide the amounts.
- For legal entities, also include:
- Chamber of Commerce (KVK) registration number
- latest articles of association (statuten)
Apply
You can apply for the subsidy up to 6 weeks before your activity takes place.
How long it takes
Is your application complete? The municipality will assess it within 6 weeks.
Good to know
The municipality may carry out additional checks on your activity. Keep all your documents. You may be asked to provide them.
