Apply for subsidy for activities in your city district
Are you organising an activity in your street, neighbourhood or district that helps residents get to know each other better or work together more? Then you can apply for a subsidy.
- Residents of The Hague can apply for a subsidy of maximum € 750 per activitity.
- Legal entities (foundations, associations and businesses) can apply for up to €5,000 per activity.
The amount depends on where your activity takes place:- street: up to € 750
- neighbourhood: up to € 1,500
- district: up to € 5,000

- A description of your activity.
- A budget (overview of the costs).
- A copy or scan of your latest bank statement. Your name and account number must be clearly visible. You may hide the amounts.
- Are you a legal entity? Then also include a scan of your:
- Chamber of Commerce registration
- lastest articles of association
You can apply for the subsidy up to 6 weeks before the activity.
If your application is complete, the municipality will assess it within 6 weeks.
The municipality may carry out extra checks on your activity. Keep all your documents safely. The municipality may ask for them.
