Apply for a licence to perform as a street artist
Do you want to perform as a street artist? For example, as a musician, acrobat, artist or portrait artist? Visit a police station.
Conditions
You can perform as a street musician if you meet all of the following conditions:
- you perform with no more than 3 persons
- you do not use barrel organs, amplifiers or percussion instruments (such as drums and bongos)
- the performance does not last longer than 30 minutes
- the performance takes place between 8.00 and 21.00 hrs. and on Sundays between 13.00 and 21.00 hrs.
