Report and register a stillborn child
Did you give birth to a stillborn baby? This can be an emotional experience in your life. The municipality will help you as best as possible with reporting your child’s birth. And with registering it in the Personal Records Database (BRP).
Losing a child can be very painful. Reporting your child’s birth to the municipality may help you cope with your loss. You then record the name of your child. And you have official proof that your baby existed. The municipality will only register your child in the BRP if you want it to.
