Look at property value and appraisal report

You can look at the property value of your home or business premises online. You can see the appraisal report for your property in MijnDenHaag using your DigiD or eHerkenning.

How does it work?

The property value (WOZ-waarde) is used by the municipality to calculate the property tax (OZB).

The appraisal report shows how the property value was calculated. For example, the surface area of the residential property and the type of property. The report also contains the sales prices and the property values for 3 comparable properties which were recently sold. The properties do not necessarily need to be exactly the same as your home. The appraisal takes the differences in account.
