Standard BRP extract
An extract from the Personal Records Database (BRP) is an overview of your personal data as they are registered with the municipality. Official authorities can ask you for an extract from the BRP.

Apply for the extract
Log in with DigiD. Cick on ‘Volgende’ and choose the extract you need.
€ 17.35 when you pick up the extract at the municipal counter. You pay € 18.44 including postage costs directly with iDEAL when you apply online.

The municipality will send you the extract within 3 working days. This can take longer depending on the postal service to your home address.

- Do you need to have the document translated? You can have this done by a sworn translator. For documents which are needed within the European Union you can request a Begin link: multilingual standard form, end link. together with the document from the Netherlands.
