Housing allocation single person extract

This extract states the date you were registered in the municipality’s Personal Records Database (BRP). You need this document, for example, if you are single and you would like to register for social housing.

  • your surname
  • your given name(s)
  • your date and place of birth
  • your home address
  • the date you registered at the municipality
  • the date you registered at your current address

This extract is available only in Dutch.

You are registered at an address in The Hague.

Apply for extract

Apply for the extract online (in Dutch). Log in with DigiD. Once you are logged in, click on ‘Volgende’. You can then choose which extract you need.

€ 17.35 (in 2024) when you pick up the extract at the municipal counter. You pay € 18.44 (in 2024) including postage directly through iDEAL when you apply online.

The municipality will send you the extract within 3 working days. This can take longer depending on the mail service to your home address. Do you need the extract right away? You need to bring a Begin link: valid form of identification, end link. with you.
