Parking permit for car sharing

Do you share a car (deelauto) with somebody and do you live in 2 different parking permit areas? Than you can both apply for a resident's parking permit for each of your parking permit areas.

Even if one of you does not live in a parking permit area, it is still possible to apply for a parking permit.

If both of you live in the same parking permit area, then only 1 permit is needed.

Conditions for 2 permit areas

The following conditions apply to applicants who both live in areas where parking permits are needed. The applicants:

  • both live in a different permit area in The Hague. Go to the website with parking permit areas in The Hague.
  • submit a signed statement showing the mutual agreements and/or obligations on the use of the car. (For example using the standard contract on Deelauto.nl).

Important to know: you will pay a one-time administration fee for both permits.
