Technical malfunction in parking registration system

Are you unable to register or deregister a number plate? Are you using the Parkeren Den Haag parking app? Install it again. Are you using internet? Delete the browsing history. Is it still not working properly? This could indicate a general technical malfunction.

Parkeren Den Haag app is not working

Is the app not working? Install it again. Most problems can be solved this way.

Is it still not working? Register or deregister the number plate via https://parkerendenhaag.denhaag.nl. Or do this by phoning tel. (070) 890 00 20.

Internet system not working

Starting on 30 November the internet address (URL) for the webapp to register and deregister parking changed. Did you save the webapp to your favourites? Make sure to change it. The new internet address is https://parkerendenhaag.denhaag.nl.

Is it not possible to register or deregister a number plate via https://parkerendenhaag.denhaag.nl? Delete your browsing history on your device and try again. Is it still not working? Register the number plate using the Parkeren Den Haag app or do this by phoning tel. (070) 890 00 20.

    Technical malfunction in the system

    It is possible that you are unable to register or deregister a number plate due to a general technical malfunction in the system. Pay at a parking meter or using your mobile phone. If you do not do this, you could get a parking fine.

    Always report the technical malfunction. Do this on:

    • WhatsApp or the chat service. This is available Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 17.00 hrs. See the page Contact with the municipality.
    • Telephone number 14070. This is available Monday to Friday from 8.30 to midnight, on Saturday from 10.00 to midnight and on Sunday from 12.00 to midnight.
