Reserve swimming activities

An online reservation for swimming activities is required, except for Fifty fit. You can reserve online in the sport webshop. Look at the most frequently asked questions about making a reservation.

For which swimming activities is a reservation required?

Booking is required for all swimming activities, except for Fifty fit. You reserve a time slot. A maximum number of visitors is allowed for each time slot.

How do I reserve online?

You can reserve online in the sport webshop:

  • Login in with your username and password.
  • Go to the tab 'zwemticket'.
  • Select the swimming pool, the swimming activity and the time.
  • Click on 'voeg toe aan winkelwagen'.
  • Review your booking and click on 'doorgaan'.
  • You will receive confirmation of your booking by email.
  • Take this confirmation and your swimming pass to the swimming pool. You can make a contactless payment at the cash desk.

    I have a swimming pass but no account or login details. What should I do?

    Your swimming pass must be linked to your email address in order to create an account. This is how you do it:

    • Fill in the form below. We can then link your email address to your personal swimming pass.
    • You will receive an email as soon as you can make a booking.
    • Go to the sport webshop.
    • Click on 'gebruikersnaam/wachtwoord vergeten'.
    • You will receive an email with your username and the possibility to reset your password.
    • You can now log in and reserve online.

    I do not have a swimming pass, but I do have an account. What should I do?

    If you have an account, you can book a swimming activity in the sport webshop. On your first visit to the swimming pool, you must present your ID at the cash desk and you will be given a personal swimming pass. We will link this swimming pass to your account. You must bring your swimming pass with you whenever you visit the swimming pool.

    I do not have a swimming pass or an account or login details. What should I do?

    You can create an account in the sport webshop. There you can register as a new user. On your first visit to the swimming pool, you must present your ID at the cash desk and you will be given a personal swimming pass. We will link this swimming pass to your account. You must bring your swimming pass with you whenever you visit the swimming pool.

    My child is younger than 14 years and does not have an account.

    You can then register as a new user via www.denhaag.nl/sportwebshop. Once you have done this you can make a reservation in the sport webshop. If your child is taking swimming lessons, he/she will have an account which you can use to make the reservation.

    Can I also book by phone or at the cash desk?

    You can reserve online in the sport webshop. If you do not have internet or a computer, you can make a reservation at the cash desk of the swimming pool or by phone via the Sport-info-line. The Sport-info-line is available Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 16.30 hrs. at (070) 353 72 72.

    Can I book for more than 1 person?

    You can book for yourself and 1 other person for water sports and lap swimming. For family swimming, you can book for a maximum of 10 people. For recreational swimming you can book for yourself and 3 other people.

    Can I book for more than 1 time?

    Yes. You can book for several days and several activities at the same time. You can book a maximum of 7 days in advance.

    I haven't booked, can I still go swimming?

    You may only swim if the time slot when you want to come is not yet full. To prevent queues and disappointment, we advise you to book online in advance.

    Can I also pay for the booking in the webshop?

    No, you can only make a booking in the webshop. You can make a contactless payment at the swimming pool.

    I want to change or cancel my booking. Is that possible?

    You can change or move your booking to another day or time in the sport webshop. Do you want to cancel your booking? Call the Sport-info-line on (070) 353 72 72 on weekdays between 8.30 and 16.30 hrs. On the weekend you can call the swimming pool. This will allow another person to take your place.

    How can I pay at the cash desk?

    You can make a contactless payment at the cash desk in the swimming pool.
