Benefits of sports

The Dutch Olympic Committee and Dutch Sports Federation is using the National Sport Week to promote sports and get people up and moving. Doing sports gives people a better condition and more self-confidence. It also helps people make social contacts and form new friendships. This is why it is important that all residents of The Hague are able to be active and do sports.
