Problems in Scheveningen: report it in the app

Residents and businesses in Scheveningen can report problems to a special hotline: Meldpunt Overlast Scheveningen. This hotline is a pilot project and will last from April to November 2021. Problems could already be reported to 14070 and through the website. Now you can also report nuisance in the app.

Examples of the kinds of problems you can report:

  • noise
  • drag racing
  • illegally parked vehicles
  • people urinating in public
  • rubbish
  • broken equipment in the public space, such as benches or street lighting
    Let op!
    Always phone 112 in case of an emergency or life-threatening situation.

    Action plan for Scheveningen

    The municipality has set up the Action plan for Scheveningen in partnership with residents and businesses in Scheveningen to curb the amount of nuisance during the beach season. The Meldpunt Overlast Scheveningen hotline is an important part of this plan. The Action plan contains a large number of measures to tackle the problems in Scheveningen.
