Join in on the 2018 City Games

The City Games in The Hague have started again. Join in on sports with which you are already familiar or try a new sport for once. You can choose from different activities such as football, hockey, judo, tennis, boxing, mountain biking, (wheelchair) basketball or dancing. The closing event takes place in the Zuiderpark sport campus on 16 and 17 June.

All residents of The Hague can take part: young and old, athletes and non-athletes, with a physical limitation or without. Participation is free of charge and you do not have to register for the City Games.

Programme

The City Games (Stadsspelen) will be held in the 8 city districts in May and June 2018.

Neighbourhood activities

For residents of The Hague who never or seldom do sports there are low-threshold activities in the neighbourhoods for adults who are overweight, seniors and people with a physical limitation. Neighbourhood coaches will provide advice on the possibilities in the neighbourhood to do sports and to be more physically active.

Closing event

The City Games will conclude on 16 and 17 June with a huge sporty party in and around the Zuiderpark sport campus for young and old. There will also be cultural, culinary and musical activities.
