HagaZiekenhuis - Juliana Children's Hospital

Next to the HagaZiekenhuis on the Leyweg you will find the Juliana Children's Hospital (Juliana Kinderziekenhuis).

The Juliana Children's Hospital is the only non-academic children's hospital in the Netherlands. All of the hospital's facilities are geared to children. For examinations and treatment children will almost never be taken to a department for adults as is the case in most of the other children's hospitals. This ensures that the Juliana Children's Hospital provides a pleasant environment to children and their parents.

About the HagaZiekenhuis

HagaZiekenhuis (Haga Teaching Hospital) was created in 2004 as a result of the merger between 3 hospitals in The Hague: Juliana Children's Hospital, Red Cross Hospital and Leyenburg Hospital. It is the largest hospital in The Hague region. It offers nearly every medical specialisation and works at 3 locations as well as the Zorgplein Westland outpatient clinic (in the town of 's-Gravenzande).
