Eight gCabs operate in the centre of The Hague and in Scheveningen. The gCab is clean and silent, making it ideal for short trips or sightseeing tours.

There is a flat fare of just € 5 between any two points in the city centre within 2 kilometres. You can hail an unoccupied gCab on the street, or call tel. 088 012 10 00 and they will come to you.

You can also arrange a 1-hour guided tour of The Hague, taking in all the major attractions, for just € 50 for two people. Green taxi stand

In June 2011 the country's first green taxi stand was opened by the NH Hotel Den Haag in the Beatrixkwartier (Bezuidenhout). The electric car charging station is located by the hotel's entrance. The gCabs are meant for hotel guests as well as for people working at or visiting the office buildings in the area.

A green taxi stand is also located at the Malieveld parking garage. More green taxi stands are planned for The Hague in the future.
