You love the freedom of nature but sometimes you'd like to exchange it for the liveliness of a city? At times you would like to cycle or walk in peace and quiet and at other times you'd like to visit one of the cultural attractions in the historical centre of Delft or go shopping in The Hague, Rotterdam or Amsterdam.

Delftse Hout Recreaton Centre has a unique location. It is located in an oasis of green on the edge of a nature reserve and yet close to the lively historical centre of Delft.

Within a 15-minute walk, you are at the market square in the centre of Delft. Here you can visit the Royal family vault at the Nieuwe Kerk, shop for hours, relax in the sunshine on a terrace or have dinner in one of the many attractive restaurants. 

Public transport: bus 80 and 82, leaves from Delft CS

Costs: € 26 per night for a 2-person tent/caravan

Facilities: family camping quietly situated at the edge of the nature reserve, supermarket, snack bar, playground and swimming pool. Open year round.
