The Museum for Communication has become the ultimate spot in The Hague to sharpen your senses. The museum is for everyone who enjoys a bit of nostalgia, design, secret messages and voyages of discovery.
The Museum for Communication was created in 1929 as the company museum of the Staatsbedrijf der Posterijen, Telegrafie en Telefonie or PTT, the publicly owned fixed line operator of the Netherlands. Today the museum mainly looks at the way people communicate with each other. The museum has a modern look and is fun for kids.
There are exhibitions about the senses, communication in art and the human being.
The museum is accessible to wheelchairs and there is a lift. Dogs are not permitted apart from seeing-eye dogs. A wheelchair is available upon request.
