The Hague Convention Bureau is part of The Hague Convention & Visitors Bureau (Den Haag Marketing). The organisation is aimed at promoting The Hague for visitors in the widest sense possible.
The City of The Hague is our main partner. This enables us to maintain complete independence in our advisory services. The Convention Bureau promotes the city as a destination for conferences, symposiums, company events, incentives and other business meetings.
We offer the following mostly free services to potential organisers:
- Independent, tailor-made advice on accommodation and other relevant services.
- Co-ordination and organisation of site inspections for potential organisers, enabling them to make the most informed choice.
- Lending assistance for large scale projects during the co-ordination of availability of locations, hotel accommodation and other services.
- Advice on social and partner programmes.
- Setting up communications between organisers and selected businesses and organisations when desired.
- Making available promotion materials and brochures at cost.
