Theater Diligentia and PePijn are the stages for cabaret, stand-up comedy, popular music and family performances. Situated in the beautiful Lange Voorhout area in the centre of The Hague, these theaters also stage various performances in English.

Actors Paul van Vliet and Liselore Gerritsen started up Cabaret PePijn in 1964 in this little theatre on the Nieuwe Schoolstraat in The Hague. With a ‘a bit of Pep and a bit of Pijn’ the theater has become a notion in the world of cabaret. You can also see small-scale music and theatre performances there.

PePijn is an important stage where both established names and new talent in cabaret perform their new programme in an intimate atmosphere. This intimate atmosphere gives visitors the feeling that they're sitting in a salon.
