New Scheveningen Information Centre

Published: 24 April 2012 Modified: 08 May 2012

Since its opening in April 2010, more than 160,000 people have visited the New Scheveningen Information Centre. Over the next few years, the Municipality of The Hague will be working on an attractive, but most of all safe boulevard.

Residents and visitors can get information about the benefit, necessity and final outcome of the project, including

  • the reinforcement of this portion of the Dutch coast
  • the redesign of the boulevard
  • the developments for the beach, harbour and village

The future of the new boulevard and Scheveningen will be brought to life through photos and animated films.

The information centre is located next to the footbridge by the Seinpostduin and is open daily.
