The Minerva is the flagship of the Netherlands-based A La Carte Cruises fleet, and one of the largest classic gaff schooners in the Netherlands. Originally this three-mast gaff schooner comes from Germany, where she was built in 1935. Since then she has seen many ports and sailed many seas.

The ship provides space for groups of up to 75 for a seated dinner in an informal, maritime setting.
