Anton Philipszaal and Lucent Danstheater

The Dr Anton Philipszaal and the Lucent Danstheater on the Spuiplein in The Hague offer a large and varied number of dance performances, classical concerts, jazz concerts, operas, family shows and musicals.

Resident companies, the Residentie Orkest (The Hague Philharmonic) and the Nederlands Dans Theater, have a prominent place in both theatres' programme. Their repertoire together with permanent and guest conductors and choreographers guarantee concerts and performances of world calibre. A number of the classical concerts take place in the intimate and acoustically modified Nieuwe Kerk opposite the theatre on the other side of Spuiplein.
