Yarden Crematorium and Cemetery Nieuw Eykenduynen is surrounded by trees; it is a tranquil spot in the heart of The Hague. The cemetery exists since 1891.
The building at the cemetery, Hoeve Ysendoorn, is a historic building that has been completely renovated. Despite thorough renovations, the interior has kept much of its authenticity.
Specialities: In this cemetery there stands a memorial for the Korean freedom fighter Lee Yi Jun. Yi Jun was a national hero who died at the age to 49 in 1907.
