Korzo has a reputation for being an adventurous venue in the old city centre of The Hague as well as for being one of the largest production houses for dance in the Netherlands.

Korzo Productions is the name of one of the largest Dutch production houses for modern dance. It’s a name that is finding its way more and more into the programming of Dutch theatres. Productions are always in combination with young or leading choreographers or connected with new and stimulating initiatives in the Dutch dance scene.

Korzo Theatre

Korzo's home base lies in Korzo, a vital arts centre in the heart of The Hague. With its own theatre and production house, Korzo offers an inspiring environment where significant performing arts are created and presented.

After a major renovation of the building in the Prinsestraat, Korzo finally returned home. The doors of the renovated Korzo Theatre reopened in February 2011 with a special opening programme at the CaDance festival.

The conglomeration of buildings which used to be the Korzo Theatre had to be redefined. A new alliance was forged representing the heart and vision of Korzo: making art and showing that art to the public in a single building.
