The Xpat Desk of The Hague Hospitality Centre is the first point of contact for (new) residents of The Hague. It has been created especially for the expatriate who is working and living in The Hague.

Xpat Desk staff

The desk offers a welcome package to new arrivals and forms a point of contact between individual expats and the municipal administration. It provides information on the services of various municipal departments (parking permits, marriages, registration of birth, converting driving licenses, rubbish collection etc.). The Xpat Desk also supplies basic information on health care and education, for example.

Here you can also pick up your own personal copy of the 2009-2010 edition of The Hague Finder international city directory.

Welcome to The Hague programme

The Xpat Desk offers the 'Welcome to The Hague' programme six times a year. The morning is organised to help give you a better understanding of The Hague and is an opportunity to expand your network of contacts and meet other members of the international community. The best part of the program is naturally the guided walk through the city's historic centre.

The Xpat Desk aims to make your stay in The Hague more comfortable and we look forward to welcoming you in our beautiful City of Peace and Justice. Please contact the Xpat Desk for an invitation to the next 'Welcome to The Hague' programme.

Here you can look at a slideshow from the 'Welcome to The Hague' morning.
